A question for lucid dreamers, or if anyone knows i need help. I entered into a lucid dream, and the first thing I did was looking for Sheen (tulpa) and ask the people there about him. Everyone in the dream doesn't know who he is, and I started describing him to them, but no one knows, and I noticed that all those I ask are strangers i don't know any of them. And when I try to imagine him behind a door or in a certain room, I still can't find him. Any advices, please?(sorry for my English)
I'm not sure what to suggest on talking to him mentally and imagining him behind a door, if those didn't work other than to try again... but when it comes to dream logic, looking for him might be implying he's not there, so he'd be absent

I’ve also been trying to summon something into my dreams.
Not any if my headmates *yet^, but I think that will likely be next.
Sadly, lucid dreams aren’t very common for me

if you can’t see them in the dream then it’s probably you just sleeping, did you try to switch before falling asleep?
Mhm, it doesn't sound inherently abnormal, unless you've never experienced it before. Switching happens in all different ways for all different people.
host today was refering to our body as "the body" to disconnect from it

It might just be a stronger-than-usual switching experience. Referring to the body as "the body" might have just dissassociated herself from it, so it was easier for her to let go of front.
Unless it's causing actual distress or blocking functioning on a day to day basis, I wouldn't worry about it so much. If it was an undesirable experience for the both of you, maybe try switching without so much of the disconnection from the body part.
Mhm, we'd only ever like that ability if it was able to be shut on and off at will, but because of how unpredictable it actually is, there's no reason to want it that can't be fixed in other ways.
The only reason I can think of for wanting it would be for the same reasons it happens with trauma; to escape and deflect it, but why do that if you can manage it in less disordered ways, is what I'm saying.
^ Essentually my line of thinking, and why it wouldn't work with us as of now.

We have each other in system. My system is structured so that the strong protect the weak, and so we have a line of defense without needing to dissociate into the shadowrealm.

before we were playing with the possibility because we always felt like we were roleplaying

but now that this switch happened we don't really need it
